Hastelloy C22 Nuts are mainly made up of Nickel (the balance), along with Chromium (20–22.5%), Molybdenum (12.5–14.5%), Iron (2–6%), Cobalt (up to 2.5%), and Tungsten (2.5–3.5%). This unique composition gives them excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking. On the mechanical side, these nuts boast a tensile strength of up to 690 MPa, a yield strength of around 283 MPa, and an elongation of up to 45%, making them perfect for high-stress and corrosive environments where long-lasting performance is essential.
